Rubbish bins along the adopted roads are the responsibility of the Council, but those along the footpaths are our responsibility. We understand that some have overflowed recently, and we are doing our best to ensure that the unpleasant task of emptying the rubbish including dog waste, continues to be carried out in a timely fashion. It is clearly made more difficult when the lawns are used for picnics on balmy summer evenings – which can admittedly be a bit scarce!
