This handbook sets out the rules and procedures which govern CLEMCO and its operations. The main text covers CLEMCO, the Members, the Directors, the Officers, and procedures.
Annexes provide details on Definitions, Plans of College Lawns Estate, Deed of Covenant, S106 Deed of Planning Obligation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Current Estate Guidelines and Byelaws, Directors Charter, and Management Company Contract.
